About the Position
Delta40 Venture Studio is seeking an Ecosystem and Events Manager to grow and manage our vibrant Delta40 ecosystem and network. This role involves orchestrating events that strengthen community engagement, facilitate knowledge sharing, and create growth opportunities for our portfolio companies.
This position will report to the Managing Director Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
As Delta40 Venture Studio is new, this role may change depending on the needs of the organization. To begin with, this role will have the following responsibilities:
Concept, plan, execute, and monitor Delta40 ecosystem events
Organize and manage quarterly studio team events to maintain team engagement and foster team bonding.
Assist the Program Manager in any related events aimed at providing our EIRs/Enterprises and portfolio companies with the skills, knowledge and resources needed to successfully evolve. Plan and organize exclusive events for our founders to network, share experiences and gain insights from industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs. Coordinate and manage in-person/virtual board meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently and meetings run smoothly. Maintain the Delta40 ecosystem and community database, ensuring data accuracy and proper engagement through regular updates and communications. Global Event Planning
Organize and execute high-level dinners and conferences in various locations around the world to expand Delta40’s presence and influence internationally. Develop and implement the Delta40 conference strategy, including planning side events, recruiting and selecting speakers, and ensuring the overall success of the events. Event Partnerships and Sponsors
Research and identify potential sponsors for Delta40 events, ensuring they align with our values and goals. Create and maintain partnerships with organizations and individuals who can co-sponsor events, adding value and expanding reach. Manage the Delta40 Studio space at Amani Gardens
Plan and host informal networking lunches every Thursday at the Delta40 office. These Studio Lunches aim to bring together ecosystem stakeholders to share their needs and ideas, thereby fostering synergies and meaningful connections. Oversee the planning and design of the Delta40 Studio space to ensure it meets the needs of events and activities, creating an inspiring and functional environment. Plan and manage the development of future Delta40 Studio spaces as the organization grows. Stakeholder Management Support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and VIPs, ensuring they have positive and productive experiences with Delta40. Create and manage tailored experiences for stakeholders, demonstrating the value and potential of the Delta40 ecosystem.
