Job Summary
We are recruiting Health Facility Facilitators to support quality improvement activities in health facilities. In this role, you will work closely with health facility teams to identify and address quality gaps, implement improvement plans, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct monthly facilitation visits to designated health facilities. Supports the implementation of quality improvement plans (QIPs). Leads facility quality teams in planning and coordinating activities. Trains and supports teams to effectively utilize the SafeCare quality platform. Establishes and maintains relationships with facility staff and stakeholders. Provides monthly progress reports and uploads updates to the Quality Evaluation System (QES). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in biological or biomedical sciences. At least 2 years of clinical experience. Fluent in English (knowledge of Yoruba or Hausa is an advantage). Familiarity with data management and electronic reporting systems. Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Word and PowerPoint are additional assets). Key Skills
Strategic thinking and results-oriented performance. Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively. Strong communication skills, including negotiation and public speaking. Residency in Lagos or Kano State is required. Terms of Engagement
8 hours per day commitment. Monthly compensation linked to defined KPIs.
