The heritage sector plays an important role in the fight against climate change and the protection of our natural environment. We are looking for ecological projects or exhibitions that contribute to achieving this goal.
The competition is open until 31 January 2025.
We want to see exceptional sustainability projects or exhibitions that demonstrate best practices in managing or communicating environmental impacts.
Your project may have used, for example, energy efficiency measures, environmentally friendly visitor planning or unique approaches to raising awareness of the climate crisis.
Applications should also identify the wider economic, social or environmental benefits to the organisation or community resulting from ‘sustainable thinking’. There will be up to two winners.
One of them will have used simple, accessible and easily transferable approaches.
