Nestlé Management Training Programme (NMTP)
The Nestlé Management Training Programme aims to develop individuals to become future leaders in various aspects of the business. This 18-month programme offers management trainees a truly comprehensive learning experience to give them a holistic view of the business, as well as understanding the interrelationships between the different functions of the value chain. This will be a fast-track pathway that will help unlock the full potential of management trainees.
