A brief CV (no more than 2 pages) uploaded as a Word or PDF document
Answers to the following 3 questions, which you will copy and paste into the relevant fields of the application form. Please ensure that your essays are personal and include specific examples of your leadership. Generic answers without personal examples are less competitive.

If you are selected as a Trinity Leadership Fellow, this profile will be used publicly. Therefore, please only include details that you are willing to share with a wider audience. Please visit the Trinity Leadership Fellows website to see examples.
Short Answer Question: In 200 words or less, describe a personal, specific example in which you supported or led a group of people (a congregation, a group of staff or colleagues, a group of volunteers) in an effort to meet a challenge, create something new, or seize an opportunity. The focus should be on your role, your interpersonal skills, and your trustworthiness as elements of the company’s success. Essay Question: In an essay of no more than 500 words (referring to the above story without repeating it in its entirety), describe your personal leadership journey as shaped by your faith. The following questions can provide your answer: What aspects of your faith motivate you to lead? How does your faith shape your interpersonal skills and how you work with others to set and achieve shared goals? What have you sacrificed or minimized to be true to your beliefs in leadership roles? What aspects of your beliefs or values make you an effective leader? Your answers should be based on specific personal examples from your work, volunteer work, and/or service. These should be examples that you think your references should also consider. Please conclude your essay with 2-3 sentences describing what you hope to bring to and take away from the Trinity Leadership Fellows experience and how you hope to grow within the fellowship as a whole.
I strongly recommend using artificial intelligence (tools like ChatGPT and others) to write essays, as these answers tend to be impersonal and make the application less competitive.
