The Gratitude Network Fellowship Program is a free, annual program for nonprofit leaders and their organizations worldwide.
The program builds leadership confidence and skills and provides tools and processes to expand the impact of their organizations. Fellows join our program with more connected teams, ready to execute a multi-year strategic plan to take their organization to the next level – ultimately increasing its impact with the children and youth they serve. Each year, the Gratitude Network conducts a global search for determined, socially impactful leaders who demonstrate a proven organizational model in service to children and youth, who are committed to leadership growth, and ready to scale. From over 1,500 applicants each year, we select up to 30 to participate in our program.
