The Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) is an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement.
We achieve this by helping schools, colleges and nurseries improve teaching and learning through better use of evidence. We generate research evidence on effective practice to support learning outcomes and close the socio-economic achievement gap and work with education professionals to ensure this evidence is implemented to achieve the maximum possible benefits for children and young people.
The reach and impact of the EEF has been considerable: the English education system is now one of the most evidence-based in the world. More than half of state primary and secondary schools have participated in an EEF-funded trial and 70% of all school leaders use teaching and learning tools to inform their decision-making. We are currently looking for Research Assistants to join us on a casual contract with variable hours.
