The Eaquals Scholarship Programme aims to enable Eaquals accredited institutions, disadvantaged by difficult business environments, unfavourable exchange rates and local political issues, to benefit from funding to attend the annual Eaquals conference.
A total of 5 scholarships will be offered to attend the 2025 Eaquals annual international conference.
What does the scholarship program offer?
Conference fee waived
Contribution of €200 for travel and/or accommodation expenses
Free participation in informal and formal conference dinners.
Eligibility
Applicants must submit an application form.
Eligible applications will be evaluated on the basis of the level of voluntary contribution and the stated commitment to participate in the conference.
If an application includes a speaker proposal that is rejected for program design reasons, a scholarship may still be awarded.
Scholarship Requirements
Successful candidates will attend conference dinners and all associated social events.
Successful candidates will help promote the conference if/when required.
Successful candidates will submit a personal written/oral report on the key points of the conference, which may be published on the Eaquals website within two weeks of the end of the conference.
General conditions
More than one person may apply to the same institution.
The scholarship funding may be shared among members of the same institution, when only one candidate has been selected at that institution.
A successful candidate may not be awarded the same conference scholarship again for two consecutive years.

The application deadline is January 4, 2024. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.
