Successful candidates always go the extra mile to demonstrate their motivation to become UPG Sustainability Leaders.
Diversity among UPG Sustainability Leaders: UPG Sustainability Leaders include the following individuals as described below. – People who are passionate about a particular area (e.g., jobs, education, or oceans) do not need to be passionate about all areas. – people who have already taken action on sustainable development AND people who have never taken action

Ultimately, this diversity means that everyone has a chance to choose the ultimate UPG Sustainability Leaders. Please note that between March 1 and July 31, 2025, you must be at least 18 years old and no older than 35 years old. This ensures that all participants are within this age range for the duration of the training and planned experiences. Please also note that applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English as the training is conducted in English. Evaluation guidelines: Evaluation is done by reviewing the following four sections of your application:
    A. Profile – who are you? This helps us fight for diversity. B. Motivation – why do you want to be a sustainability manager at UPG? C. Capability – how capable are you of doing what you want to do? D. Potential for impact – what is the potential of your initial ideas?
As part of this application, it is strongly recommended that you submit a short video (maximum 2 minutes) answering one of the questions in one of the sections above or telling us more about yourself. Among other things, the video helps us assess your English skills. You can submit this video by including a link to the video in the app now (there is a section in the app for this). You can also complete the application first and mention that you will make the video later.
