As a project manager, I will work closely with governments across sub-Saharan Africa to design and implement strategies that meet policy commitments.

We are currently seeking experienced consultants to join our growing consulting team based in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Currently, we are particularly looking for colleagues with experience in various content areas. As a Project Manager, you will lead teams of consultants working with governments and coalitions to support on-the-ground implementation of project priorities. In this role, you will also support our teams as we scale our work across Africa, bringing a sharp, data-driven analytical skill set in addition to program management experience.
You will improve policy outcomes by formulating and testing recommendations, supporting better decision-making at the highest levels of government: mayors, prime ministers and presidents. Key Responsibilities
Working with governments and donors, engaging senior public sector leaders on their most complex challenges, building capacity to deliver priority projects, and informing data-driven decision-making with Deliverology®
Lead and drive impact for our clients across multiple workflows, including day-to-day project execution, while leading and coaching client teams to deliver and sustain tangible results. Facilitate problem solving, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across silos. Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and engagement materials for customer management and Delivery Associates. Lead interactive workshops with stakeholders and deliver high-quality training sessions to groups of trainees;
Support the creation of internal assets including business development, recruitment, intellectual property development, etc.

Required Skills/Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, postgraduate degree is a plus. Professional Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in the public sector, consulting firm or international organization with demonstrable customer service delivery. Technical Skills: Sectoral expertise in one or more business sectors in Africa is a plus. Team Leadership/Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and/or experience in program management
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency in English and French.
Other Requirements
Must have existing documentation of eligibility to work for Africa. Based in or willing to relocate to Sub-Saharan African countries with a desire to grow Delivery Associates’ business across the continent. Knowledge of specific policies, such as agriculture, health, education, climate or international development, is desirable.

Well-developed interpersonal skills in communication and relationship building. Good people management skills and excellent verbal communication skills

Job Description (Summary)
As a Risk Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory management processes. Warehouse Control:
Recording daily stock/inventory movements

Comparing physical counts of items with information from the inventory management system. Data Accuracy:
Ensure that all inventory data, including product codes, quantities, and locations, is accurately recorded and updated in the system. Investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Reports:
Generate and analyze inventory audit reports, highlighting deviations, trends, and potential issues/risks. Provide detailed and timely daily/weekly/monthly reports to management, suggesting corrective actions as needed. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations regarding inventory management. Assist in implementing best practices to improve inventory control processes. Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse manager and teams to coordinate inventory audits without disrupting daily operations. Communicate effectively with relevant departments to address and resolve inventory discrepancies. Security Measures:

Required Qualifications and Experience
BSc/HND or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management or a related field
Must have at least 2 years experience in a supply chain/inventory management environment
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer usage
Ability to effectively manage competing project deadlines in a high-pressure work environment with varying degrees of supervision.
