Join Germany’s first accelerator for early-stage female founders and mixed-gender teams and get $17.6k in seed funding!
Grace Berlin Accelerator is an 8-month, full-time, capital-free, industry-agnostic program designed to help early-stage female founders and mixed-gender teams, ideally with an existing prototype or MVP, prepare for market and investment.
Through our tailored program and global network of mentors, we have already helped over 100 women build strong businesses and exceptional brands. We focus on female founders and mixed teams. For us, our mission is to empower women entrepreneurs to grow sustainably on their business creation journey and give them a decisive edge with Grace to overcome the challenges that arise.
We value founder-centricity. For us, this means meeting our founders exactly where they are with their business and where they are as people. With us, you don’t have to pretend, you can be who you are: with all the difficulties and weaknesses of being a founder and human. We support each founder with a monthly grant of €2,200, without receiving shares. In addition, you benefit from access to our co-working space, a personalized program, childcare assistance (if needed), and a network for your entrepreneurial future.
We connect you with first-class mentors. Without mentors, you get tailored answers to your specific challenges and access to years of experience in startups, scaleups, consulting firms, big tech, or their companies.
We focus not only on financial success, but also on impact. We believe in the positive impact of entrepreneurship. That’s why we also talk about sustainability and social impact.
For us, it’s not just about growing your business, it’s also about your personal development as a founder. This means not only being supported by coaches throughout the program or speaking one-on-one with mentors about your specific challenges, but we also focus on the health and well-being of founders.
