VEOVITA stands for high-quality and efficient therapeutic services. Our goal is to provide doctors and therapists in Germany with modern, high-quality care. To achieve this, we enter into partnerships with health insurance companies, bring together motivated therapists throughout Germany and free them from organizational tasks as much as possible, so that they can focus on purely medical tasks, such as patient care shared through close collaboration between general practitioners and specialists. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Healthcare Project Manager.
Your area of responsibility:
As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing projects and tasks in our partnerships with health insurance companies.
You are the interface with our customers and manage all projects and tasks of our checkout partners across the entire value chain and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The core of your job is project management; you keep a close eye on dates and deadlines (reporting, status tracking, deadline tracking) and constantly communicate with internal and external project participants.
You independently perform analyses to identify and implement improvement potential
You have already successfully used project management tools in practice
Digitalizing projects and processes is your passion
Ideally, you quickly take on more responsibility for larger and more complex projects and tasks.

Completed studies in business administration, healthcare management or a similar qualification
Willingness to learn and discipline
Ability to work in a team environment and experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with different stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, confident attitude towards internal and external partners, as well as a high level of patient and customer orientation.
Independent working style, strong willingness to learn and self-motivated. Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and the desire to develop further in this dynamic field
Excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written
Your workplace is remote, with occasional trips to Hamburg in the beautiful office located directly on the Fleet in Hamburg-Winterhude.
